Armor Wars

The seven-issue Iron Man story arc written by David Michelinie and Bob Layton, with artwork by Mark D. Bright and Barry Windsor-Smith, and published by Marvel Comics, served as the inspiration for the American sci-fi fantasy television series Armor Wars. The story revolves around James Rhodes, sometimes known as War Machine, who has to deal with the fallout from Tony Stark's greatest fear—what happens if his technology ends up in the wrong hands? Don Cheadle will be reprising his role as War Machine/James Rhodes from the MCU films in this Disney+ series.
