Young Justice

Developed by Brandon Vietti and Greg Weisman, the American superhero animated television series takes inspiration from the Young Justice comic series by Peter David, Todd Dezago and Todd Nauck. The series is set in the DC Universe and follows the lives of teenage and young adult superheroes and sidekicks, which include Robin, Aqualad, Superboy, Red Arrow, Miss Martian and Artemis, who are members of a covert operation group referred to simply as ‘the team’. These young heroes are former protégés of the famous Justice League and work outside the bureaucracy that limits the freedom of the Justice League. This season, the heroes, who have grown into young leaders, face new challenges whilst battling their insecurities, managing their personal lives, and helping new members become the efficient leaders of tomorrow. The voice actors for the series include Jesse McCartney, Khary Payton, Nolan North, Danica McKellar and Stephanie Lemelin, among others.
