American Born Chinese is a comedy action-adventure series directed by Lucy Liu and Destin Daniel Cretton. Jin Wang is a teenager leading a simple life. It is the beginning of a new school year and he hopes for great things to happen. Little did he know that his wish would come true due to his encounter with a foreign exchange student. Before he knew it, Jin found him tangled in a mess which involves him in a war between the Chinese mythical gods.
