Dark Desire

The Spanish mystery thriller returns for a second season, with tales of love, betrayal, lust, and tragedy. Starring Maite Perroni in the lead as Alma Solares, the story of the first season revolves around Alma, a married woman who finds herself in the midst of a tragedy. She is forced to make startling discoveries about those who are close to her as well as about herself when a weekend getaway and affair with a younger man are brought to a grinding halt due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Alma is forced to deal with the reality of the situation by coming to terms with her actions. The series is a Netflix original series and also stars Erik Hayser, Jorge Poza, and Alejandro Speitzer in important roles. The 30-minute episodic series is directed by Kenya Marquez and Pitipol Ybarra.
