Faraway Downs

Faraway Downs, a sweeping mini-series by Baz Luhrmann, follows Lady Sarah Ashley played by Nicole Kidman, an English aristocrat, who ventures to Australia to confront her philandering husband. Upon arrival, she discovers he's been murdered and inherits their vast cattle ranch. A ruthless cattle baron, King Carney threatens to seize the land. Forced to defend her newfound home, Sarah reluctantly joins forces with a rugged drover to manage the ranch and navigate the harsh Outback.
