Luz: The Light of the Heart

Luz: The Light of the Heart is a Portuguese action-adventure kids drama TV show that follows the journey of self-discovery of a young schoolgirl Luz with an adventurous spirit. Although she was raised by a compassionate Kaingang family, the truth is Luz's real roots are a mystery to her. In order to find out her origin, she sets out on a mission with her spirit companion- a firefly, some good-hearted friends and a mentor. The show is directed by Thiago Teitelroit and stars Marianna Santos, Celso Frateschi, Marcos Pasquim, Mel Lisboa, Claudia di Moura, Emilio Farias, Cássio Dutra, Dandara Albuquerque, Daniel Rocha and Maurício Destri in major roles.
