Matsya Kaand

This is the story of Matsya Thada, a perfect con artist who gets his high from conducting elaborate, complex, and brilliantly designed heists. More than relying on muscles, Matsya relies on his brain to finish the ‘kaand’. He meets his match in the newly assigned ACP Tejraj who vows to capture him. Will Tejraj be able to capture Matsya or he will wriggle out like a slimy fish?
