Renegade Nell

Disney+ is set to release the British historical television series Renegade Nell, which was previously known as The Ballad of Renegade Nell. Produced by The Lookout Point, the series is written by Sally Wainwright. Louisa Harland, Joely Richardson, Adrian Lester, Nick Mohammed, and Craig Parkinson are all set to feature in the series.
In 18th-century England, Nell Jackson is falsely accused of murder and goes on the run as a female highwayman. She turns into the nation's most dreaded highwaywoman. But when Billy Blind, a supernatural spirit, shows around, Nell realizes her destiny is greater than she could have ever imagined. The series is directed by Ben Taylor, Amanda Brotchie and MJ Delaney.
