Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune

 Yakitori: Soldiers of Misfortune is a Japanese Anime series based on the graphic novel of the same name. The story is set in a dystopian time on Earth where a young boy named Akira joins an interplanetary rebel unit. This is Akira's last chance to stand up to a system he despises even though joining the rebel group will surely put him in peril. The action-adventure series is written by Mitsuyasu Sakai and directed by Hideiki Anno. It features the voices of Taito Ban, Asami Seto, Kengo Kawanishi, Shunsuke Takeuchi, Akari Kito, and Kenjiro Tsuda in prominent roles.
