The ranking in case of a points tie is decided by the net run rate, a crucial factor given the tight competition expected in this stage.

The next three matches include Pakistan vs Sri Lanka on September 23 at Abu Dhabi, India vs Bangladesh on September 24 in Dubai, Pakistan vs Bangladesh on September 25 at Dubai, and the final Super Four round match between India and Sri Lanka on September 26 at Dubai.
