KL Rahul, who is often regarded as one of the most graceful and classy players in the cricketing world, has always found it easier to score runs in overseas conditions. Although KL Rahul averages only about mid-30s in his overall test career, he averages over 42 in England. Interestingly, where most of the Asian and Indian batters find it hard to score, KL Rahul averages his highest on English soil.

Till now, KL Rahul has played 13 test matches in England and in 25 innings, he has scored 1022 runs (at the time of writing this article).
Not only that, KL Rahul has scored 4 test tons in England, the most in his career on any host country. That record of 4 test tons is also the joint second most by any Indian batter on English soil.
Rahul toured England for the first time in 2018. In his first tour, he could only score 299 runs in 5 test matches. But, he then went on to hit 315 runs at an average of 39.37.
By far, the 2025 tour has been his best with 412 runs and counting in 4 test matches with 2 centuries to his name already.
