The most-anticiapted match of the Asia Cup 2025 is between India and Pakistan which is scheduled on September 14, at the Dubai International Stadium, Dubai. After the political tensions between the neighbouring countries, the teams will face against each other for the first time. While the excitement will be on the peaks, there are chances of verbal spats between the payers during the game.

The format of the tournament is quite simple. There are eight teams who are divided into two groups where they will clash against each other once. The top two teams from each group will then proceed to the Super 4, where they will play one game each. Then, the top two teams will qualify for the finals. India, Pakistan, UAE and Oman are put into Group A, while Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Hong Kong are in Group B.

Interestingly, since India and Pakistan are in the same group, they will get to face each other once in the group stage. If both of them qualify for the Super 4, they'll play against each other one more time. Moreover, if both teams manage to reach the finals, they'll play for the third time. It will be an interesting turn of events and the fans would be super excited to watch their favorite teams clash thrice in the Asia Cup 2025.
