After winning the Qatar FIFA World Cup 2022, Argentina captain Lionel Messi is in the news for everything. This time, he got Indian fans overjoyed after he did a 'Namaste' in his latest Instagram post.

The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward was roped in by Indian EdTech company BYJU's as their brand ambassador and the news sent shockwaves across the globe.

Several rumors claim that Messi will receive an annual salary of $5-7 million from BYJU's. The statement was made just one month after the corporation let go of close to 2500 workers.

Messi promoted BYJU's "Education for All" campaign and did the traditional Indian greeting "Namaste" in his most recent post.

The Argentine superstar has additionally stated that children are the future and that all youngsters, whatever their circumstances, need equal opportunity. 

By leading Argentina to their third title in Qatar last month, Lionel Messi fulfilled a goal he has had his entire life: to win the FIFA World Cup. The former Barcelona great, who scored seven goals and provided three assists in seven games, was awarded the Golden Ball.

When it comes to PSG, the talismanic attacker also enjoyed this season compared to the underwhelming debut campaign at the Parc des Princes.
