After three games, the 2nd edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL), will see UP Warriorz (UPW) take on Delhi Capitals (DC) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on Monday (February 26).
The 4th clash of WPL 2024 between UPW and DC will begin at 7:30 PM IST. Fans can watch the game live on the Sports18 Network and stream it on the Jio Cinema app and website.
Both Delhi Capitals and UP Warriorz kicked off their campaign with defeats ahead of this clash. Each team suffered a heart-wrenching last-ball loss in their respective opening matches: DC fell to Mumbai Indians (MI), while the Warriorz were edged out by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
The Meg Lanning-led DC side appeared to have everything in their favour until a last-ball six from S Sajana shattered their hopes. For Delhi, Lanning, Jemimah Rodrigues, and Alice Capsey had contributed runs.

As for the Alyssa Healy-led team, they succumbed to RCB as pacer Sobhana Asha claimed a five-wicket haul, leading to a narrow two-run defeat.
Head-to-head, the Capitals maintain a flawless record against the Warriorz, securing victories by 42 runs and five wickets respectively in their two encounters last year. While they might boast a stronger lineup on paper in WPL 2024, UPW isn't far behind and possesses significant talent.
The track at Chinnaswamy Stadium tends to favour bowlers. Despite the T20 format being typically dominated by batters, the presence of short boundaries may assist batters in posting significant totals. Given the prevailing conditions, the team winning the toss is anticipated to opt for chasing.
