The Indian men's cricket team is slowly gearing up for the big World Test Championship Final which is scheduled to begin on June 7. The one-off finale game sees the Indians facing off against the mighty Australians in a pre-decided neutral venue (south London's The Oval) and preparations are already underway for Rohit Sharma & Co. Having finished runners-up the previous time when they played the inaugural WTC final and Kane Williamson's New Zealand, Indian players would certainly want to see the shining memento in their hands this time around.

The entire team is currently nestled in the quaintness of the Arundel Castle Cricket Club in West Sussex where all the key players, led by head coach Rahul Dravid and the other coaching staff, were recently spotted immersed in training activity. Virat Kohli joined the team on Monday, May 29, along with Jayadev Unadkat and was seen jogging in the new kit with pacers Umesh Yadav and Mohammad Siraj by his side.

And for obvious reasons, Kohli's presence in the midst has caught the attention of fans who, despite the remoteness of the Arundel Castle Cricket Club, found their way into the vicinity and were seen waiting outside the club to catch a glimpse of him and the entire Indian cricket team. Among the admirers were also the local English net bowlers who, according to the video blog shared by Indian journalist Vimal Kumar, were super keen on getting a picture clicked with the Indian batting talisman.

However, when they couldn't gain direct access to Virat Kohli, they used the help of the local 'Sussex boy' Chetheshwar Pujara to mediate! Pujara would then head inside the Indian dressing room and pass the message on to Kohli who gladly obliged, but only to be halted by his own security staff who believed the net bowlers to be fans. The RCB batter would then inform his security staff that he has already faced the boys in the nets and soon enough, pictures were clicked and autographs were signed!

Having spent about a week practising at the Arundel Castle Cricket Club, team India is set to travel to London ahead of the big game on June 3, the assigned travel day. As the countdown begins, the focus will grow intense on team India's selection for the playing 11 with the best-fitted team still remaining to be drawn out.
