Yaadan Teriyaan Meriyaan: Jemimah Rodrigues collaborates with Aparshakti Khurana in new song ahead of Women's T20 World Cup

In addition to being a great batter, Jemimah Rodrigues is also well-known for her love of music. By working with actor Aparshakti Khurana on his most recent single, the Indian batting legend has taken her love of singing to a new level.

Rodrigues is a featured artist on Khurana's brand-new song, "Yaadan Teriyaan Meriyaan," the actor revealed in an Instagram post.

Announcing the collaboration, Khurana captioned the video saying, "When she sings, even then she middles the bat. In love with her voice in my new song".

"Loved the song and loved singing it with you," Rodrigues wrote in response.

Jemimah, who is currently in South Africa for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2023, is also known to never leave her home without her guitar. Whenever she goes on tour, music is frequently a way for her to connect with new teammates and acquaintances.

The Indian women's side, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, will be taking on Pakistan in their opening game. The Women in Blue had finished as runners-up in the previous edition of the tournament in front of a record crowd at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

They will also be hoping to emulate the recent triumph of the U19 Women's team and bring home its first ICC trophy at the senior level.
