Pics and videos: Salman Khan celebrates his 56th birthday with Antim co-star and brother-in-law Aayush Sharma

The superstar shares his birthday with Aayush’s kid Ayat Sharma

Salman Khan is celebrating his 56th birthday in his Panvel farmhouse. The actor had an intimate birthday with a few family members including Aayush Sharma who is his brother-in-law and starred opposite Salman in Antim. Interestingly, that also happens to be the most recent film featuring Salman.

Videos of them celebrating Salman’s birthday through cake-cutting, have been going viral on the internet. In one of the videos, Salman is seen holding Aayush’s daughter Ayat Sharma in his arms as he cuts the cake. For the uninitiated, Salman and Ayat were born on the same day. Both Arpita and Aayush ensured that the two get to celebrate their birthday together and thus, had Ayat through C-section.

Aayush and Salman were colour co-ordinating in black. While Salman was seen in a casual t-shirt, Aayush wore a jazzy black jacket for the occasion. In that sense, the outfits too, are a reminder of the Antim song Bhai Ka Birthday.

While the first video saw Salman cut one birthday cake, the other video saw him cut another, which was a two-tier cake. Ayat requested Salman to cut the two-tier cake and showed more interest in that dessert than the previous one.

Salim Khan, Helen and Salman’s real mother Salma Khan were also a part of the celebrations. They cut a five-tier cake with Salman.

Salman and Aayush starred as protagonist-antagonist (the lines are blurred and depend on the perspective) in their movie Antim. The film, a remake of Mulshi Pattern, was helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar.

After having a fairly successful run at the Box Office, the movie is now available for streaming online. One can view the film on Zee5 currently.
