Rishi Kapoor started his career in the Hindi film industry as a child artist. In a career spanning over 40 years, the actor delivered several successful films and portrayed many memorable characters. Mera Naam Joker

Rishi Kapoor made a special appearance in Shree 420 for a song. Later, in 1970, he appeared in Raj Kapoor's film Mera Naam Joker, wherein he played the role of young Raju. Mera Naam Joker was a story about Raju, who faces many hurdles and disappointments in matters of the heart. The film, which was released almost 5 decades ago, can be streamed on ZEE5.
Amar Akbar Anthony

Directed by Manmohan Desai, Amar Akbar Anthony was the highest-grossing film of 1977 when it hit the big screen. The storyline of Amar Akbar Anthony is about three brothers who are separated in childhood and get adopted by families of different religions: Hinduism, Islam and Christianity. While Rishi Kapoor played Akbar Ilahabadi, Amitabh Bachchan played Anthony Gonsalves. Vinod Khanna, on the other hand, played Amar Khanna.
Laila Majnu

Helmed by Harnam Singh Rawail, Laila Majnu featured Rishi Kapoor and Ranjeeta in the lead roles. It was based on the legend of Layla and Majnu. The 1976 film was a story about two lovers, Princess Laila and a common man, Qais, aka Majnu. The movie opened to positive feedback upon its theatrical release and was a box-office success. Karz

Director Subhash Ghai's movie starred Rishi Kapoor as Monty Oberoi. Karz was a romantic thriller that also starred Tina Munim and Simi Garewal. As per ZEE5, the official synopsis of the film reads, "While fighting a legal battle against his late father's business partner, a man falls for the woman who works for the business partner without knowing who she really is." Karz was released on the big screen in 1980.
Do Dooni Chaar

The 2010 film Do Dooni Chaar marked Rishi Kapoor's on-screen reunion with his wife, Neetu Kapoor. In this film, Kapoor plays a math teacher who dreams of buying a car. The movie, directed by Habib Faisal, was released in theatres on October 8, 2010.
