Karan Singh Grover has been an integral part of the showbiz for two decades now. In his career trajectory, Dill Mill Gayye tops the list of his successful shows. The actor featured in the television show, which was a medical drama that appealed to the young audience. Karan played the role of Dr Armaan Malik in DMG, which aired from 2007 to 2010. Recently, when OTTplay met him for an exclusive chat, we asked Karan if he wanted a DMG reboot to be made on OTT.

Karan Singh Grover wants Dill Mill Gayye reboot

OTTplay recently interacted with Karan Singh Grover. When we asked KSG if he wished to see a reboot of Dill Mill Gayye to be made on OTT, the actor said, "Yes, 100%!" 

Later, when he was questioned about the actor who should essay the part of Dr Armaan Malik, Karan quipped, "Me! Who else is Dr Armaan Malik? I am Dr Armaan Malik. Don't even think about anybody else. Something bad might happen (laughs)."

For the uninitiated, KSG rose to popularity with the television show, which was created by Palki Malhotra and Siddharth P Malhotra. While Karan was seen as Dr Armaan, Shilpa Anand played the role of Dr Riddhima Gupta. Although the actor has expressed his wish to see a reboot of DMG in the web space, the makers of the show haven't given any hints yet.

Karan Singh Grover's career trajectory

A few years after his hit TV show DMG, Karan Singh Grover was seen in Qubool Hai, which turned out to be successful. The actor received a lot of appreciation for his performance as Asad in the show, which later got its 2.0 version on ZEE5. The actor reunited with Surbhi Jyoti for the series.

On the movie front, Karan was recently seen in Siddharth Anand's aerial actioner, Fighter. The actor essayed the part of Squadron leader Sartaj Gill. His performance has been lauded and so has his on-screen bond with Hrithik Roshan aka Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania. Fighter hit the silver screen on January 25, 2024.
