Sudhir Mishra's web series Tanaav 2 Vol 2 is now streaming on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. The web show arrived a day earlier than its official release date (December 6). The series stars Manav Vij, Ekta Kaul, Kabir Bedi, Gaurav Arora, Rajat Kapoor and others. In an exclusive interview with OTTplay, the veteran director discussed his favourite scenes from the show. He spoke about a scene ft. Manav and Ekta which he really liked.
Sudhir Mishra on his favourite scene from Tanaav 2 Vol 2
Speaking exclusively with us, Sudhir Mishra revealed two scenes from Tanaav 2 Vol 2 that he liked. The veteran filmmaker said, "In the 11th episode, there is a barbershop scene where a lot of things come together and there is a lot of action and emotion. I like that."
Talking about the second scene, Mishra added, "Another scene that I like a lot is between Farah (Ekta Kaul) and Kabir (Manav Vij). There's a scene where they meet after a really long time. He arrives when she is being interrogated. They had parted (ways) in bad circumstances in the first season. That scene where they come together, I really like it. They (Ekta and Manav) were excellent in that."
The senior director also praised the way Shashank Arora and Gaurav Arora have performed as their respective characters - Junaid and Fareed. He also praised Rajat Kapoor for performing scenes with ease.
Who plays what in Tanaav 2 Vol 2?
Meanwhile, in Tanaav 2 Vol 2, Manav plays the role of Kabir Farooqui while Ekta plays Dr Farah. As for Gaurav, he essays the character of Fareed Mir/ Al Damishq and Shashank is seen as Junaid. On the other hand, Rajat Kapoor is seen as Jagjit Malik. The show is an Indian adaptation of the Israeli series Fauda.
