12th Fail is a Hindi biographical drama film directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and starring Vikrant Massey. It is based on the novel of the same name by Anurag Pathak, and tells the true story of IPS officer Manoj Kumar Sharma, who failed his 12th class exams but went on to clear the UPSC exam four times and become an IPS officer.
