Beast

Written and directed by Nelson, the Tamil-language thriller centres around a spy's attempt to rescue people who are held hostage by terrorists in a shopping complex. When one of India's most notorious spies is among the hostages in the mall, who should be more scared - the terrorists or the people? Produced by Sun Pictures, the cast includes Vijay and Pooja Hegde in lead roles, while Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, and Redin Kingsley appear as supporting characters. The range of casts further includes Bjorn Surrao, VTV Ganesh, Aparna Das, Shine Tom Chacko, Liliput Faruqui, Ankur Ajit Vikal & Others. Anirudh Ravichander wrote the music, while Manoj Paramahamsa handled cinematography, R. Nirmal edited the film, and D. R. K. Kiran oversaw production design.
