Produced under the banner YavonnE Entertainment Company and directed by Blessy, “Bhramaram”, a 2009 movie, falls into the thriller genre involving a road trip. This movie later got dubbed in Telugu and released with the same title. It stars Mohanlal as Sivankutty, Bhumika Chawla as Jaya, and Suresh Menon as Unnikrishnan. This Malayalam movie is streaming on Hotstar. The director, Blessy, depicts the story about a stranger who is on the verge of avenging the person because of whom he was accused of murder, he never committed. As the plot develops, the real culprit comes forward with the truth. This incredible plot won from Annual Malayalam Movie Awards (Dubai) to Asianet Film Awards and received overwhelmingly positive reviews that earned it Filmfare Awards South and Kerala State Film Awards. Blessy succeeded in maintaining the suspense throughout the movie.
