Chatrapathi

S.S.Rajamouli's Chatrapathi was released in the year 2005, where the plot is roughly based on Mani Ratnam's blockbuster Nayakkan and Kannathil Muthamittal. The movie, however, collected an estimated ₹22 crore against a budget of ₹8 crores, leaving a good impression on the audience. This action drama film stars Prabhas and Shriya Saran as the leads. Shivaji, played by Prabhas, comes to be acknowledged as Chatrapathi due to his courage, kindness, and defense towards other refugees against Bajirao. This movie revolves around Shivaji and his will to be the savior. This Telugu film was dubbed in Tamil and Malayalam as Chatrapathi and Chandramouli, respectively. Chatrapathi also got dubbed in Hindi as Hukumat Ki Jung.
