Iyobinte Pusthakam

Coming from the director, Amal Neerad, “Iyobinte Pusthakam” is a Malayalam historical-action movie that emerged in the year 2014. This period drama stars Fahadh Faasil as Aloshy Gomber, Isha Sharvani as Martha, and Jayasurya as Angoor Rawther. The film is set in the mid-20th century and is streaming on Hotstar. The winner of five Kerala State Film Awards and three Kerala Film Critics Association Awards depicts a story regarding sibling rivalry and the consequences. Set in pre-independent India, this is a tale comprising love, lust, and vengeance. This period romance explores the tale of Iyob and his three children, wherein the third son, Aloshy, while returning home from the war, discovers about his brothers' treacherous plan to overthrow their father. Fahadh comes forward with the director-producer Amal Neerad to produce Iyobinte Pusthakam, which also marks his first film as a producer.
