Knight and Day

Knight and Day is a 2010 action thriller directed by James Mangold. The film follows June Havens, who coincidentally meets Roy Miller, a lethal operative, in an incident that pulls her into a dangerous chase. Roy, who was partnered with another agent to protect Zephyr, a perpetual energy battery and its inventor Simon Feck, is on the run after his partner betrayed him. Now, he and June, who accidentally got dragged into this, struggle to protect the battery and Simon from the bad guys. The cast of the movie includes Tom Cruise (Mission Impossible movies, Edge of Tomorrow 2014 and Top Gun 1986) playing Roy Miller, Cameron Diaz (Charlie's Angels 2000, The Bad Teacher 2011, and The Holiday 2006) playing June Havens, Viola Davis, Paul Dano and Peter Sarsgaard, among others.
