The Batman

The latest reboot of the iconic franchise stars Robert Pattinson as the dark knight. Matt Reeves, acclaimed for films such as War of the Planet of the Apes and Cloverfield, has helmed the film. The story focuses on a young Batman just a year into his days as the caped crusader. His path crosses with a serial killer named The Riddler who leaves a trail of bodies in his wake, as he claims to expose the corruption rotting the system of Gotham City from within. The film also features Zoë Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Colin Farrell as the Penguin, Jeffery Wright as James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, and Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth. Robert Pattinson takes over the role from Ben Affleck who previously portrayed the character in Zack Snyder's DCEU films.
