3 BHK trailer out: Siddharth and family strive to own a house of theirs in this modern take of Surya Vamsam

The trailer of 3 BHK, the upcoming Tamil film starring Siddharth and several others, has been released by the makers on social media on Thursday. The film is written and directed by Sri Ganesh and will release on July 4.

Starring actors Siddharth, Sarathkumar, Devayani and others, 3 BHK is an upcoming Tamil film slated for a theatrical release on July 4. Ahead of this, the team unveiled the trailer on Thursday. Directed by Sri Ganesh, the story idea is by Aravindh Sachidanandam. The film is produced by Arun Viswa.

The trailer begins with a rainy day, with Siddharth and his family's house inundated. As a 34-year-old man, Siddharth dreams of a house, and so does each of his family members, including his parents and sister. The family's ambition is to own a big house, as they have their own needs. We see Chaithra as the romantic interest. But the trailer soon brings them back to the family about each of them's wish to build a house. They go through ups and downs, failures and struggles, as we see how the father teaches his son not to be like him. They work hard, and we see an emotionally cut trailer.

All we know about 3 BHK

3 BHK will see the reunion of Devyani and Sarathkumar, who starred in the iconic film Surya Vamsam. Others part of the cast includes Meetha Raghunath of Good Night fame, Kannada actor Chaithra J Achar in her Tamil debut, Yogi Babu and others. Much like the trailer, the film will be a family drama about a middle-class family striving to get a house of their own.

The technical crew consists of Dinesh Krishnan B and Jithin Stanislaus cranking the camera, and Amrit Ramnath, son of well-esteemed playback singer Bombay Jayashri, scoring the music. Ganesh Siva is the editor, and Vinoth Rajkumar N handles production design.
