97th Academy Awards complete list of winners! Adrien Brody for The Brutalist & Mikey Madison for Anora take home the Oscar

The 97th Oscars, hosted by Conan O'Brien, saw historic wins for Zoe Saldana, Paul Tazewell, and Latvia’s Flow. Wicked and Dune: Part Two dominated, while Anora won Best Original Screenplay.

There were several firsts during this year's awards show. Adrien Brody, who starred in The Brutalist, became the first actor to win two best actor prizes in a row, defeating Timothée Chalamet, who had a nomination for A Complete Unknown.

As a result of his work on Wicked, Paul Tazewell became the first Black man to ever receive an Oscar for costume design. Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo, who play leading roles in the film, kicked off the event by playing three songs pertaining to the Wizard of Oz.

Zoe Saldana became the first American of Dominican origin to win an Oscar, hoisting a statue for her work in Netflix's Emilia Pérez. Flow became the first Latvian film to take an Oscar, winning best animated feature.

The evening was a celebration of diversity, with victories for Iranian (In the Shadow of the Cypress) and Brazilian (I'm Still Here) directors. Documentary filmmakers from Israel and Palestine collaborated on No Other Land, which won best documentary, and follows the eviction of Palestinian and Israeli communities from the West Bank at the hands of the Israeli military.

With competition from The Brutalist, A Complete Unknown, Conclave, Dune: Part Two, Emilia Pérez, I'm Still Here, Nickel Boys, The Substance, and Wicked, Anora was declared the winner of the best film trophy.

Sean Baker takes home the Oscar for the original screenplay he penned for Anora.

Best Adapted Screenplay:

Peter Straughan is here to win, which he does for adapting Conclave incredibly.

Best Makeup and Hairstyling:

Pierre-Olivier Persin, Stéphanie Guillon, and Marilyne Scarselli have got it right for the magnificent job in The Substance.

Best Film Editing:

Sean Baker gets his second win for the night by winning the coveted trophy for his film, Anora.

Best Supporting Actress:

Zoe Saldana's first big win at the Academy Awards is finally here and it comes with no surprise for her incredible performance in Emilia Pérez.

Best Production Design:

Production Design: Nathan Crowley; Set Decoration: Lee Sandales take home the Oscars for getting it right in the world of Wicked.

Best Original Song:

El Mal from Emilia Pérez; music by Clément Ducol and Camille; lyrics by Clément Ducol, Camille, and Jacques Audiard rule the stage with their big win!

Best Documentary Short Film:

Molly O’Brien and Lisa Remington get emotional for their win for The Only Girl in the Orchestra.

Best Documentary Feature Film:

Basel Adra, Rachel Szor, Hamdan Ballal, and Yuval Abraham make a powerful presence with their win for No Other Land.

Best Sound:

Gareth John, Richard King, Ron Bartlett, and Doug Hemphill sound about right for Dune: Part Two.

Best Visual Effects:

Paul Lambert, Stephen James, Rhys Salcombe, and Gerd Nefzer's clear vision makes them take home the Oscar for Dune: Part Two.

Best Live Action Short Film

Victoria Warmerdam and Trent are the Oscar-winning duo for I'm Not a Robot.

Best Cinematography
