Asif Ali-starrer A Ranjith Cinema’s trailer hints at a gripping yet complex plot

Kooman actor Asif Ali, along with Saiju Kurup and Anson Paul, presents an intense and gripping glimpse of the story in the trailer. And going by it, the film appears to be a neo-noir crime thriller, with some psychological elements. The trailer of A Ranjith Cinema also hints at a romantic aspect, involving the three protagonists and their partners. But it seems quite challenging to categorise the movie under a single genre.

The trailer’s gripping elements are emphasised by its suspenseful cinematography and camera shots. These aspects of the film add a mysterious quality to this upcoming thriller.

In addition to the cinematography, one aspect that caught the attention of viewers is the unique approach to storytelling. The entire narration in the trailer is in English, which in some instances felt out of place given the complex nature of the genre.

The trailer doesn’t provide much explanation about what the story is actually, as the narration is in the third person. This keeps the overall plot just as mysterious as it was before. This is one of those rare cases where the trailer leaves more questions than answers, unlike the poster.
