Aamir Khan recently opened up about shooting Andaz Apna Apna with Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon. He recalled that the actresses had a conflict during the 1994 film's shoot.

Aamir Khan's 1994 film Andaz Apna Apna has achieved a cult classic status over the years. The movie, also starring Salman Khan, wasn't well received upon its theatrical release. Recently, at the India Today Conclave 2025, the Bollywood star reflected on the challenges faced during Andaz Apna Apna's shoot. Aamir revealed that his co-stars Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor weren't on good terms while shooting the Rajkumar Santoshi directorial.

Aamir Khan revealed he had 'lovely time' working on Andaz Apna Apna. But the actor also had a tough time because he was the only actor who arrived on time for the shoot. The actor recounted that when Karisma used to come for filming, Raveena would leave. "Bahut mushkil se woh film bani thi," said Aamir.
The Andaz Apna Apna actor further mentioned, "Don’t know if I should say this. Raveena and Karisma ka anban chal raha tha (Raveena and Karisma had a conflict). Main sochta tha ki ye film kaise khatam hogi (I used to wonder how the film will be completed). Ek saath log shoot nahi kar pa rahe the (People weren't able to shoot together)."
Despite the challenges, Aamir had immense faith in the movie because it was 'wacky' and 'mad'. Unfortunately, Khan's film with Salman didn't run in cinemas even for a week. "I was flummoxed, because I thought it was a great film. But now I believe it is the number one film in home entertainment. Every generation has seen it, every generation wants to see it," he added.
