Abishek Ambareesh tied the wedding knot with fiance Aviva Bidapa on June 5 in Bengaluru. The traditional wedding turned out to be quite a glittery affair as the city's favourite venue, the Palace Grounds, came alive with some of the biggest celebrities in attendance. Amid all the fanfare were present stars such as superstar Rajinikanth, Rocking Star Yash and others, who were seen interacting with the newlyweds and the hosts.
Rajinikanth, who was known to be one of Rebel Star Ambareesh's closest friends and colleagues, was spotted speaking to Abishek and Aviva and blessing the couple with Sumalatha Ambareesh in the midst. Needless to say, the Jailer actor's presence at the wedding caught the attention of the media and a small glimpse of this is currently being circulated on social media.
Also seen at the celebrations was the couple of Yash and Radhika Pandit who looked their elegant best. The KGF 2 star, whose mega announcement regarding his next film Yash 19 is being awaited with bated breath, wore a pleasant pink kurta that he paired with a similar-hued overshirt/jacket. Radhika Pandit, on the other hand, looked dreamy in her pink ethnic ensemble.
Challenging Star Darshan, who has remained a close aide and friend of the Ambareesh family over the years, is yet to be spotted in any of the pictures/videos emerging from the wedding.
Only a couple of days prior, Aviva Bidapa and Abishek Ambareesh participated in a few pre-wedding festivities including the Mehendi ceremony. The couple would pose for pictures showing off their inked hands while guests from the film fraternity, such as Prajwal Devaraj, his wife Ragini Chandran, Priyanka Upendra and Meghana Raj Sarja, soaked up the cheerful vibes.
Abishek Ambareesh and Aviva Bidapa (daughter of the legendary fashion choreographer and designer Prasad Bidapa and Judith Bidapa) got engaged in a private ceremony in Bengaluru on December 11.
