Ace out on OTT: Where to stream Vijay Sethupathi’s film right now in Tamil and Telugu

Ace, the Tamil heist comedy film featuring Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, had released in theatres in May. Following its theatrical run, we had earlier reported that the film’s post-theatrical streaming rights are with Prime Video. You can now watch Ace on streaming Prime Video in Tamil and Telugu.

Ace out on OTT: Where to stream Vijay Sethupathi’s film right now

Actor Vijay Sethupathi who has created his own brand of films by starring in different roles, was last seen in Ace. The Tamil film is a heist action-comedy drama and features Kannada actor Rukmini Vasanth in her Tamil debut. The film hit theatres on May 23, and following a few weeks of run, is now streaming on Prime Video.

Ace is directed by Aarumugakumar, who has previously worked with Vijay Sethupathi in Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren. Besides Vijay Sethupathi and Rukmini Vasanth, the film also features Yogi Babu, Divya Pillai, Babloo Prithveeraj, BS Avinash, Muthu Kumar, Raj Kumar, Denes Kumar, and others are also part of the film. Ace is produced by 7Cs Entertainment, who also made Laabam with Vijay Sethupathi. Justin Prabhakaran has scored the music for Ace, with Karan B Rawat as cinematographer. Fenny Oliver is the editor.

What is Ace all about?

Set predominantly in Malaysia, the film features Vijay Sethupathi play Bold Kannan, a man with shady past who arrives to the country to start afresh. But after meeting a motley group of characters and falling victim to a ruthless loan shark, he plans a heist and has to now escape the police. Although it features known cast, the film failed to impress the box office and was opened to mixed reviews and average box office collection. It had a limited release in Tamil and Telugu.
