The survivor, who stated that privacy is a fundamental right of every citizen, added that the hash value of the memory card, which is the most important piece of evidence in her case, was altered several times. The actress remarked that it is practically denying the constitutional right that she has as a citizen. “It is very scary to know that my privacy is not currently safe in this court. When such a fault occurs from the Court’s side, it is the wounded individuals who rely on it that lose their will. Meanwhile, the predators will be able to walk around proudly,” reads her post.

The survivor added that she believes that honest judicial officers exist and confirmed that she is planning to continue on this journey for justice. “I will continue my fight until I get justice,” added the actress, who concluded the note, stating that she still trusts the purity of the judiciary, which is the only support system for all Indian citizens.
