Adah Sharma's film, Bastar: The Naxal Story, had its theatrical release on March 15 this year. The actress reunited with filmmaker Sudipto Sen after the success of The Kerala Story. In Bastar, Adah essayed the character IPS officer Neerja Madhavan. Over two months after its theatrical run, the film had its digital premiere on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium. Post its OTT release, the makers of Bastar continue to share promos about the film. The recent clip is about Adah decoding the most emotional scene of her film.

The latest video about Bastar: The Naxal Story was shared on ZEE5's YouTube. It initially features Adah Sharma talking about the Vande Veeram song from the film. The actress says it is a soothing track and gives a melancholy vibe. Adah goes on to speak about the most emotional scene of the film.
Sharma recalls how producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah decided to avoid showing her eyes in the scene. The actress was required to wear dark glasses in it as her eyes are expressive. "Even if I am crying, there is a tear that comes down and I wipe it off. And jo bhi frustration hain, he said do it with your jaw - when you are really mad and controlling your breathing pattern," revealed Sharma.
This footage was shared online with a context that read, "While the nation has lost over 8000 soldiers in the last 4 Pakistani wars, there's an internal threat that has killed more than 15000 jawans. Will IPS Officer Neerja be able to end the Naxalists?"
Adah Sharma on Bastar completing 100 million+ watching minutes
Meanwhile, Adah's film Bastar recently completed 100 million + watching minutes on the streaming platform. Expressing her gratitude for the same, the actress thanked the audience.
