After the heart attack, Sushmita Sen gives an update about her health

On March 2 this year, the former beauty queen-turned-actress Sushmita Sen took to soc ial media and gave an extremely shocking update about her health, stating that she had suffered a heart attack couple of days ago. She had also added that an angioplasty had been done and she had got a stent put in her heart. Needless to say that, this news update not just shocked the industry people, but also the ocean of her well-wishers. Just as when everyone was eager to know about her health update, Sushmita Sen took to social media and shared an update about her health.

Sushmita Sen posted a photograph of her working out and captioned the post as “#wheeloflife cleared by my cardiologist…stretching begins!!! What a feeling!!! #oneweek #slowandsteady #breathe. After she posted this health update, in no time, the comments section was filled with many messages which mirrored the concern towards the ‘Aarya’ actress.

For the uninitiated, on March 2, Sushmita Sen had taken to social media and posted a message stating, “Keep your heart happy & courageous, and it’ll stand by you when you need it the most Shona” (Wise words by my father @sensubir ). I suffered a heart attack a couple of days back…Angioplasty done…stent in place…and most importantly, my cardiologist reconfirmed ‘I do have a big heart’. Lots of people to thank for their timely aid & constructive action…will do so in another post!
