The makers of Aishwarya Rajesh's next outing, which has been directed by SG Charles, announced the other day that they would be coming up with an update on the project, including its title. The film, bankrolled by Balaji Subbu and Vivek Ravichandran, has now been titled Soppana Sundari.

The team also unveiled a two-minute promo video which has a crucial sequence from the movie though the genre of the film is yet to be revealed. The scene has Aishwarya Rajesh, who has been kidnapped and tied to a chair in an abandoned factory, crying for help. Lakshmi Priya Chandramouli and Deepa Shankar reach the place where she is kept.

But the trio later gets the shock of their life when they know that it was a few children who had kidnapped Aishwarya. When questioned on why they abducted her, they unveiled a huge wall poster, which left a smile on the trio's face.

Karunakaran, Sathish, Redin Kingsley and Mime Gopi among others will be seen essaying key roles in the movie which has cinematography jointly handled by Balamurugan and Vignesh Rajagopalan. Ajmal Tahseen and Sivatmikha have composed music while K Sarath Kumar has edited the project.

Miracle Michael, Don Ashok and Ramkumar have choreographed action sequences for the movie which has art direction helmed by Ravi Pandiyan. The release date announcement of Soppana Sundari is yet to be made; it is expected that the film will hit the screens in 2023. 

Aishwarya Rajesh, who was last seen in the Amazon Prime Video web series Suzhal, has Jamuna Driver, The Great Indian Kitchen and Theeyavar Kulaigal Nadunga currently in her kitty.
