Ali Fazal has acknowledged working on the fantasy action web series Rakt Bramhand - The Bloody Kingdom with director pair Raj & DK.
The actor told HT City that he had been yearning for this kind of teamwork for some time. The actor also expressed his satisfaction in working under director Rahi Anil Barve, describing him as a genius. Being a part of the world Raj & DK has produced is a welcome change. Nothing like this has ever emerged from their sector.
It appears that the portrayal of Fazal will depict him as a king grappling with the turbulent challenges of an exceptional kingdom. His appearance is thus something new and different, including growing out his hair for a whole year: Making buns and various hairstyles was quite fun. It's quite a thing; he had a small concept of how girls spend so much time just managing long hair.
Fazal portrays a strong ruler negotiating the turbulent obstacles of an amazing realm in Rakt Bramhand. With tones of cunningness and wit, the actor is supposed to offer the much-needed charm and depth to this royal post. He was a natural fit for a project aiming to combine a unique story with the visual splendour of epic tales, as he could effortlessly fit several genres.
The actor also welcomed daughter Zuneyra Ida Fazal on July 16, last year. When asked if he is worried about his daughter's reaction once he chops off his lengthy hair, he responded in the affirmative. Fazal hopes his daughter will adapt to this unique occupational hazard. It's not like those Instagram Reels where children are startled to see their fathers dressed differently. She should be alright, in his opinion. The actor hopes he can keep displaying all the several get-ups he has to provide for the movie.
Speaking of Zuneyra, Ali is still adjusting his acting style to reflect his fatherhood. The scripts remain the same. But this lovely, tiny, totally new blueprint that has entered his life will influence his decisions. Things will change for him; not sure how.
