There are many similarities between Bollywood superstar actress Alia Bhatt and the ace comedian actor Kapil Sharma. To start with, they both are terrific actors in their respective fields. Secondly, besides being stellar actors, they both are gifted with melodious vocal cords as they both are terrific singers as well. Thirdly, they both are immense animal lovers and have always been vocal about any kind of injustice that is being done on the animals.
Imagine what will happen when they both come together on stage! The result will be absolute mayhem, which was exactly the atmosphere at the recently held event ‘Hope 2023’ for paediatric cancer patients in Mumbai by Tata Memorial Hospital’s Department of Paediatric Oncology.
The said event, which was held for the young children (read ‘warriors’) who were battling the deadly cancer, and that too, at such a tender age. The kids seen on the stage, who were all dressed in blue dresses, were indeed a delight to watch. Adding to the zest and zeal of these children was the electrifying presence of Alia Bhatt and Kapil Sharma, who simply elevated the atmosphere of the said event.
The children even danced their way to the tunes of the famous song ‘Bum Bum Bole’ from the superhit film ‘Taare Zameen Par’, which starred Aamir Khan and Darsheel Safary. On her part, Alia Bhatt, who was seen in a pink coloured baby suit, was indeed dressed for the occasion. Her eternal smile during the event was definitely unmissable and magnetic. Kapil Sharma, on his part, was seen in a colourful shirt which was on top of a white t-shirt. He even picked up a small kid from those who were present on the stage and started dancing with the child.
As for the professional front of the two actors, Alia Bhatt is busy with the shooting of her upcoming film Jigra by director Vasan Bala. The film has been scheduled to be released on September 27 next year. As for Kapil Sharma, after the break that he had taken, he is now all set to make everyone laugh and smile again. This time on Netflix.
