But there's a lot going on on the personal front. Amitabh Bachchan has been in the news for various reasons; be it for his films, Kaun Banega Crorepati, or grandson Agastya Nanda’s debut, he is always relevant. Now, he is in the news for renting his office spaces in Mumbai to a music label for five years.
For the uninitiated, Amitabh Bachchan owns a lot of property in Mumbai. While recent reports claimed that he has gifted his daughter Shweta Bachchan one of his bungalows, most likely Pratiksha, a new report says that he is renting out four of his commercial office spaces to a music label. The music label in question is Warner Music India Ltd., which has taken the office spaces on rent from Big B for five years.
About The Property
As per MoneyControl, the four office spaces in Mumbai's Oshiwara area are spread across 10,000 square feet. The rent has been listed at Rs 2.07 crore a year, with Rs 1.03 crore as a security deposit. Warner Music India Ltd. will have its office in this space for the next five years.

This property was bought by Amitabh Bachchan in August 2023. The Oshiwara spaces were acquired at the cost of Rs 7.18 crore. The property has been given a three-year lock-in period and 12 parking lots. The stamp duty amount for the said property is Rs 2.88 lakh, and it was reportedly paid on November 30 this year.
Other Actors Who Bought Office Spaces
However, Amitabh Bachchan is not the only actor who has invested in office spaces. We recently heard about Kajol and Ajay Devgn, who have bought one and five office spaces, respectively, in new commercials towards the heart of Mumbai.
