Ever since the trailer of Prime Video’s original film Be Happy dropped, it has struck an emotional chord with audiences, garnering immense love and appreciation. The film tells the heartwarming story of Shiv (Abhishek Bachchan), a single father navigating life with his daughter, Dhara (Inayat Verma). Now, adding to the wave of admiration, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has shared his pride for Abhishek’s performance—making this moment even more special, as a real-life father celebrates his son in a story that revolves around fatherhood. 

Sharing his heartfelt appreciation, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, "Abhishek, एक पिता का गर्व, कितनी आसानी से एक किरदार से दूसरे किरदार में बदल जाते हो। बधाई हो बधाई, स्नेह.” In another post, he praised the film’s story and Abhishek’s performance, saying, "What a lovely story… and how amazingly, Abhishek, you have defined the character from one film to another. Blessings and love."

Meanwhile, a recent tweet from Amitabh Bachchan about Abhishek has also gone viral. When an X (formerly Twitter) user posted a video of Abhishek with the caption, "Abhishek Bachchan unnecessarily became the victim of 'nepotism' negativity, but the amount of good films in his filmography is very high (fire and hundred emojis)," Amitabh reshared the post, writing, "I feel the same... and not just because I am his father." The tweet quickly caught attention and became a hot topic of discussion.

With a story that beautifully captures fatherhood and has received high praise from the megastar himself, anticipation for Be Happy is at an all-time high! Produced under the banner of Remo D'Souza Entertainment Pvt Ltd by Lizelle Remo D'Souza and directed by Remo D’Souza, this soul-stirring dance drama features a powerhouse cast, including Nora Fatehi, Nassar, Johny Lever, and Harleen Sethi. Be Happy is set to premiere on Prime Video on March 14, with dubs available in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
