This happened when Ananya was getting spotted with Kartik Aaryan constantly, leading to their dating rumours. Many believe that the same was confirmed when Ananya appeared with Sara Ali Khan on Koffee With Karan. Sara had clarified that she and Ananya share an ex and the immediate chatter was that they were talking about Kartik. Of course, none of them ever confirmed the dating phase. So, probably trying to keep gossip to a minimal, Ananya and Rasha avoided each other even when seated next to each other. Or they're just not as acquainted yet to share a friendly chat.
