Anbe Diana: Pari Elavazhagan in bloodied distress while Ramya Ranganathan sports a smile in this family entertainer first look

We had earlier reported that director-actor Pari Elavazhagan and Ramya Ranganathan will be starring a family entertainer. The makers released the first look poster of the film on social media on Wednesday. The title is revealed as Anbe Diana.

Anbe Diana: What is the first look poster like?

Anbe Diana is an upcoming Tamil film, which features Pari Elavazhagan and Ramya Ranganathan in the lead roles. Pari Elavazhagan had previously written, directed and starred in Jama, a film about street theatre artistes, while Ramya Ranganathan had appeared in one of the leading roles in Dhanush directorial Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam.

The duo’s upcoming film has been titled Anbe Diana, the first look of which was released by the makers on social media on Wednesday. The poster shows Pari's white on white shirt and dhoti with blood marks, while Ramya sports a happy look in her spic and span wedding gown. The supporting characters are shown to shout and create a ruckus on both sides.

Going by the poster, it looks like the film will centre around a cross-religion wedding, with chaos prevailing both the sides. The story will be a wholesome family entertainer, catering to all age groups.

What do we know about Anbe Diana?

Just like Jama, Anbe Diana will be written, directed and star Pari. It will mark his first collaboration with Ramya. Touted to be a light-hearted entertainer, Anbe Diana will also feature return of veteran actress Roja, who was not seen in Tamil films for long. The film also features an ensemble cast including Chetan, popular YouTuber Gopi, along with Ismath Banu and Sudharshan Gandhi in key roles.
