When the filmmaker was asked about beginning the film with Ranbir Kapoor's character as a 6-year-old, Sandeep hinted at a trilogy of Animal. "I thought maybe parts 2-3 the old man is narrating. I thought it was a nice way of opening the film with laughter and relatively there he’s saying a monkey joke," added Vanga.

Thought behind Animal Park's title

Further, Sandeep revealed why he decided to keep Animal Park as the title of the second part. The filmmaker felt there were not one or two but a 'bunch of animals' in the sequel. Considering the post-credit scene of Animal, it is expected that Ranbir will be seen in a double role in Animal Park. On the other hand, Tripti Dimri, as Zoya, will enjoy more screen time in the sequel.
