Animal - THIS is how Sandeep Reddy Vanga reacted when a netizen suggested him to seek psychiatric help!

That the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer Animal has emerged as the ultimate blockbuster of the year is something which has left many in surprise and also shock. Even though the promos and the trailers of the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film hinted that the film has violence as its mainstay, many were eager to see the fresh pairing of Ranbir Kapoor (in a never before attempted role) and Rashmika Mandanna.

Animal- a roaring hit at the box office
All of these factors together contributed towards the film being a smash hit at the box office. Despite all the success, some sections of the audience had not liked the film because they felt that it was merely glorifying violence. Along with the bouquets, the film’s director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has been receiving many brickbats as well, which he had revealed in a recent interview with Komal Nahta.

Sandeep Vanga Reddy needs psychiatric help?
During the said interview, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga was asked about a certain netizen who had suggested him to seek psychiatric help! In an apt reply, Sandeep Reddy Vanga said it was not him, but the one who had tweeted the post who was in need of psychiatric help as the social media user needed to understand that he was not doing it in real life, and it is cinema, art, and expression.

Sandeep further clarified that he would make a few scenes uncomfortable, which was the quality of the film and the quality of art. He added that it would upset you, provoke you and also would irritate you. He further stated that, if he did that in real life, as in, if he took a rifle and barge into a reviewer's office, that time you (the aforementioned social media user) could tell him to consult a psychiatrist!
