Ante Sundaraniki, starring Nani and Nazriya in lead roles, is riding high on expectations, thanks to its engaging promo videos which have been released by the team. They have now come up with its trailer which has a duration of around three minutes.
It begins from where the teaser ends and offers more details on the film's plot which revolves around the complicated love relationship between a Hindu guy and a Christian girl. How the couple deals with their respective family members forms the rest of the story. The film directed by Vivek Athreya marks Nazriya's debut in Tollywood.
Her chemistry with Nani is expected to be one of the major highlights of the rom-com which stars Naresh, Rohini, Nadiya, Alagan Perumal, Harshavardhan and Rahul Ramakrishna essaying crucial characters. Nani essays Sundar Prasad, a happy-go-lucky guy from a conservative family, who doesn't have any ambition in life.
On the other hand, Nazriya plays Leela Thomas, an ambitious photographer who is born to parents who are obsessed with religious views. The film, which is hitting the screens on June 10, is Nani's second theatrical release in the pandemic era. Shyam Singha Roy (streaming on Netflix) was his last outing. The last time Nazriya was seen in a notable role was in Trance (streaming on Amazon Prime Video).
Vivek Sagar has composed music for Ante Sundaraniki, while Niketh Bommi and Raviteja Girijala have handled cinematography and editing respectively for the movie. Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili have produced the film under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
Latha Naidu is at the helm of art direction, and Sekhar VJ has choreographed dance sequences along with Vishwa Raghu. Ramajogayya Sastry, Chandrabose, Hasith Goli and Sanapati Bharadwaj Patrudu have jointly penned lyrics for songs in the project.
