Anupam Kher wishes Dev for Bagha Jatin

Actor Anupam Kher was in Kolkata for a performance of Kuch Bhi ho Sakta Hai on Sunday. He met a number of actors in the city. While Saswata Chatterjee and his wife Mohua Chatterjee went to watch the show, Anupam Kher met Dev at the airport. Later, the veteran actor took to his social media to wish Dev good luck for his Puja release, Bagha Jatin.

On his social media, Anupam Kher posted two photos with Dev and wrote, “Wonderful to meet one of my favourite actors from Bengal #devadhikari at Kolkata airport! Wishing him and his team good luck for his upcoming film #BaghaJatin! It is releasing in Hindi too.” Evidently, Dev was touched and shared the post saying, “Thank you so much, Sir. Like I said, I haven’t met a more humble star than you. Thank you for the warmth. Hope to see you soon.”

Meanwhile, Saswata and Mohua loved the show. Saswata took to his social media and wrote, “Had the proud privilege of watching the solo performance of this great actor. Anupam Kher in his inimitable style had us enthralled for more than two hours as he took us through the journey of his life in his performance entitled #kuchbhihosaktahai . Was left spellbound and mesmerised. What a fabulous show! @anupampkher.”

This Puja, Dev’s Bagha Jatin will be released along with Srijit Mukherjee’s Dawshom Awbotaar, Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s Raktabeej and Arindam Sil’s Jongole Mitin Mashi. On Monday, Amitabh Bachchan shared the trailer of Dawshom Awbotaar and wished Prosenjit Chatterjee for his film.
