Anupamaa Written Update September 7, 2023: Paakhi goes missing; is Adhik RESPONSIBLE?

The day starts off with an extremely angry and irritated Anupamaa who shouts at Paakhi for having chosen to be with her ‘dutiful’ husband Adhik over going to Shah House to tie rakhis on her brothers’ wrist. Saying this, Anupamaa leaves the Kapadia House alongwith Anuj Kapadia and chhoti Anu, to go to the Shah House for Raksha Bandhan. After they leave, Paakhi recalls all the olden-golden moments that she had spent with her two brothers Samar and Toshu.

And when Anupamaa reaches Shah House, everyone out there is really shocked to see that Paakhi is not present for Raksha Bandhan, her favourite festival. Seeing Anupamaa being tensed up about Paakhi’s absence, Anuj not only consoles her, but also gives words of encouragement to an extremely lonely and tensed up Vanraj Shah. After hearing a few words of fun and frolic, even Vanraj Shah gets lightened up mentally. Meanwhile, Anupamaa makes Kaavya understand that she cannot thrust on everyone that they need to forgive her.

On the other hand, Toshu and Samar send a voice message to Pakhi telling her to come home for Raksha Bandhan. Seeing an emotional Paakhi, Adhik seizes the opportunity and ‘convinces’ her to go to the Shah House for Raksha Bandhan. Even though Paakhi wholeheartedly takes her leave from Adhik to go to Shah House, Adhik has other plans. He tells her that since his friends have come from the USA, he needs to go and meet them. Meanwhile, everyone is super happy to know that Paakhi is coming home for Raksha Bandhan.

On the other hand, just as when Romil is going back home, his mind is full of thoughts about the allegations which were levied on him by everyone. Meanwhile, Paakhi gets a phone call. Hearing that, she immediately rushes out. Everyone at the Shah House is tensed up by the minute upon realising that, even though Paakhi has left from Kapadia House, she still has not reached Shah House. That’s when everyone, including Anupamaa starts blaming Adhik for Pakhi’s disappearance. Meanwhile, Romil lays a masterplan to trap Adhik.
