Ashok Selvan to romance Megha Akash, Karthika and Chandini in debutant CS Karthikeyan's rom-com

Ashok Selvan, who has had multiple female leads in a few of his films, has now signed another project which will have three heroines. Megha Akash, Karthika Muralidharan and Chandini Chowdary have been roped in the untitled movie which will be helmed by debutant CS Karthikeyan, who worked in the Vishwaroopam franchise.

According to a report in TOI, the rom-com will revolve around three phases in the life of its protagonist. The three heroines will appear in different phases in the movie. Ashok's Manmadha Leelai (streaming on aha Tamil), which was released earlier this year, too, had three female leads. Vezham, which hit the screens a month ago, was his last outing.

Ashok has lost a few kilos to play a teenage student in the film and will be sporting unseen looks in all the three appearances in the movie. The untitled project will also have a few popular YouTubers playing important roles in it. Jaiseelan from Eruma Saani, Sriram from Certified Rascals and Arun from Nakkalites will be seen essaying the roles of protagonist's friends.

Interestingly, three cinematographers have been brought on board to crank the camera for three different time periods in the protagonist's life in the movie.

Balasubramaniem, Dinesh Purushothaman and Prabu Ragav are handling cinematography for the film which will be shot in Chennai, Coimbatore and Erode. Leon James, who composed music for Ashok's Oh My Kadavule (streaming on Zee5), is on board as the music director of the project.

Ashok's upcoming movie Nitham Oru Vaanam also has three female leads, Ritu Varma, Aparna Balamurali and Shivathmika Rajashekar. The first look of the movie, titled Aakasham in Telugu, was launched a few months ago. Billed as a travel-based film, its release is likely to happen this year.
