Ashutosh Rana and Bidita Bag’s Lakeerein to be released on THIS date

Even though he was born as Ashutosh Ramnarayan Neekhra, he was born for delivering stellar performances. We are indeed talking about the one and only Ashutosh Rana, who, with his performances never fails to surprise everyone. How can anyone forget his performances in films like Sangharsh, Zakhm, Dushman, Gunaah, LOC: Kargil and many other films, which stand as a testimony to the magical craft that brings to the table.

He was recently seen in the smash hit film ‘Pathaan’, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the leading roles. Besides Bollywood, the magic of Ashutosh Rana has been spreaded over regional language films as well including Tamil, Telugu and others. And with the advent of OTT platforms, one also saw the fine actor displaying his acting prowess in many shows. The latest update on the actor is that, he will be soon seen in ‘Lakeerein’, a story which deals on the premise of the sensitive subject of marital rape and consent within marriage. While the film is being produced by Naval Kishore Tandon, Kavita Pathak and Dinesh Kumar, it has been directed by Durgesh Pathak.

Just as when everyone was eagerly awaiting the release date of the film ‘Lakeerein’, there came an announcement that this film will now be released on November 3 this year. The same was tweeted by the well-known trade analyst Taran Adarsh on social media. He wrote, “ASHUTOSH RANA – BIDITA BAG – TIA BAJPAI: ‘LAKEEREIN’ MOTION POSTER OUT NOW… 3 NOV 2023 RELEASE… #Lakeerein to release in *cinemas* on 3 Nov 2023… Distributed by #RelianceEntertainment. Starring #AshutoshRana, #BiditaBag, #TiaBajpai, #GauravChopra, #RajeshJais and #AmanVerma. Directed by Durgesh Pathak… Produced by Naval Kishore Tandon, Kavita Pathak and Dinesh Kumar.”

Besides Ashutosh Rana, the film also stars yet another top-notch performer Bidita Bag, who was last seen in the film ‘Plan A Plan B’ and also the web series ‘Inspector Avinash’. Besides Ashutosh Rana and Bidita Bag, the film also stars the multi-talented Tia Bajpai, who was last seen in ‘Hate Story 4’.
